I have file a complaint in respect of IFB washing machine. complaint # 10093641. the complaint was logged on 12-sep-12, and a call was attended on 13-sep-12, and a part needs to be replaced. the machine is under warranty. now its more than 12 days, and i have not received any resolution from them. despite of my daily follow up they confirm that the same wil be done soon, but till today (27-Sep-12) the problem is not resolved.
