Sir/madam, I have purchased XT-910 RAZR on 4-8-12. I faced hardware failure and the instrument was deposited at Active telecom, pritampura , delhi vide work order no. IV/MO/12/00681 on 11-9-12. I have called and registered an complaint thereafter vide no.120911015884 on 11-9-12. I have spent my hard earned money on this phone and by spending Rs 28000/- , i expected durability along with quality. I have lost trust on Motorola handsets so i am afraid if this handset will keep my expectations, moreover i have lost important information which was stored in phone in built memory. I can not take a chance to loose information again so i request you to return my money back I have sent reminders almost every 2nd day since 11-9-12 but i am getting same reply which is as follows :- Recently you requested personal assistance from our on-line support centre. Below is a summary of your request and our response. If this issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may reopen it within the next 20 days. Thank you for allowing us to be of service to you. I now want you to help me in getting my money back
