Idea doing fraud by online reacharge

My name is Sunil Kumar. I am idea”s customer from long time.
Yesterday evening I recharged my account with 15 rs, from idea
official website. On website, it was showing that I will get
27 national min, but when I recharged my account with 15 rs, I
received data plan, which I do not needed, when I asked the customer
care to solve my problem. They said that, they can do nothing to solve
my problem.
Many of idea customers must be facing the same problem,
company’s official website is misleading customers, and looting them.
This is not the first time, I am facing this problem, I hope that you will look into this matter, and try to take action against this.
