This is to inform you that I have purchased an air conditioner of Carrier company in October 2012. The unit when installed was not put to regular use since it was onset of winters in Chattisgarh. However with the onset of summers, as the unit was being regularly used, it was noticed that the AC makes excessive noise while it was supposed to be a silent unit, I had immediately lodged a complain in the customer services of the concerned company and the complain registration no was 20130324_78660 and the complain no was 50561 dated 24 mar 20123. It was told to me by the individual registering the complain that the complain will be addressed within 48hr of registration however since now, no step has been taken by the company to address the issue. I have a new born baby in the house for whome the AC was purchased, and now my baby is suffering because of the negligence of the AC company. May I request you to take some stern steps and to direct the company to rectify the problem immediately.
