Fired without any reason and did not gave money

My name is Ahmed Raza, I was working with MAYUR TECHNOSOFT PVT LTD. This is a new company recently it was established on 17 October 2012, and I joined this company on 7 November 2012 and my in hand salary is 4.26 k in I got 35000 Rs per months (Basic = 23000, Attendance = 2500, Performance Incentive = 10000). Everything is going good they are all happy with me and in last week (15 March 2013) I wanted leave for going home due to my mother was not well. Leave from “16 March 2013 to 20 March 2013 “.When I came on Thursday 21 March 2013, while boarding cab my Manager Gaurav told to my cab driver to move the cab and he informed cab driver to not allow me to board the cab, I talked with Manager Gaurav and asked about the reason,he told me that why you not arrive on 20 of March 2013 on Wednesday. I told him that I initially inform you that I will report in office on Thursday 21 March 2013 ,however he told me that I will inform you tomorrow, next day I called him and he told me that you are terminated from office, I asked the reason why, Manager Gaurav told me that we don’t want you to work in our office and I will tell you reason on Monday or Tuesday, so come office and grab your termination letter on Monday or Tuesday and then you will get the salary after 45 days. Many time I called to the owner of company Mr Deepak Mishra, but he was not responding my call and Without any reason the company is terminating me,

Coming to next step, I got salary of February in month of March Rs 25900 (Basic 23000, Attendance 2500 and Sales Incentive 400) instead of Rs 34840 (Basic 23000, Attendance 2500, Performance Incentive 8000, Arrear 840, and Sales incentive 500). They deducted money of Performance Incentive (8000) because of refund and charge back of a customer, how every I have informed to Manager Gaurav about this Customer that he is not happy with our service but they attribute change back on me and deducted performance incentive without knowing me. like this they also deducted salary of December “Performance Incentive 3800” because of one day I was not in office they marked me LWP(leave without pay).And company promise us that the salary will come on 7 of every month but they delay the salary till to 11 or 13 of every month. There were three person in this company who play a major role

Mr Gaurav Khanna is the person who deal with us and we report to him and he is all in all, he do everything for the company. These are the concerned about what is happening to me, I am not the single person there were many employ of this company who suffer a lot. So I request to you to kindly help me, I will be very thankful for your kind help to me.
