LESS VALIDITY THAN THEY COMMITED

Hello.. My Mobile Nomber is 9712073250 i am using TATA DOCOMO. I got SMS on 25/03/2013 @ 5:38 pm for special offer only for me state recharge with Rs 60 and get The Talk time of Rs. 60 for 90 days. This offer was valid till that mid night. I recharge on 25/03/2013 @ 9:13 pm at that day But when i recharge with Rs 60 i got the balance of Rs 60 but validity is only for 5 days (i.e. 30/03/2013) so they failed to give validity as they committed of reference. i contact customer care but they ignore my complain and denied to extend my validity or refund. so help me in this regard as early as possible.
