idbi cheated me

i arindam roy today(23-07-2012) submitted the examination for the post of “EXECUTIVE(ON CONTRACT)-POST ADVERTISED IN JULY 2012” of rs 400+50(non home branch charge)=450. after the submition of fee when i am trying to fill online application form it shows i am overaged for this post
i am 25 year old(date of birth 08-01-1987) if i am not eligible for this post then why idbi bank accept my exam fee rs 450
