Consumer Loan written off

Name of company/service: Bajaj Finserv Limited

I had taken consumerable goods from bansal tele shop, Ludhiana in the year 2008. Only 7000/- was financed thru bajaj which was paid thru chq as debited from my statement for the next 7 months respectively. In the year 2010 while taking car loan I got to know that my consumer loan with bajaj is showing as Written off in cibil report for which I approached and met Mr. Surinder Singh at Bajaj finance BRS Nagar branch, Ludhiana. He told me it was due to Bajaj fianance software problem your one intallment is showing as pending but in reality your loan has been fully paid. He confirmed me that mail shall be sent to cibil for updation of fresh status on priotiy. But as of now status in Cibil is same as written off.
