ICICI Banhk Hide the Information

I opened one savings account. At the time of opening it was told to me that NO CHANRGE WILL BE APPLICABLE TO YOUR NUMBER. It will be 0 balance account and money multiplier facility will be applicable for that. I deposited Rs 10200 amount on 3rd of sep 2013 but after that PFB the changes that applied on my account

I tried to log a complain against that but customer desk told me they wont take any complain as all the transactions are valid. They gave me one complain number against that representative but no action has been taken on my account. The complain no is sr296124985. They told me, I have to visit the bank but in my busy schedule it will be very difficult and even I don’t know if they will revert my amount or not. This is a clear violation of Consumer act.
I have withdrawn rest of the balance but I want the money back also.
