I’m A prepaid Airtel customer and had a call for getting it converted to postpaid. A executive by name Shekar came and collected The documents and Rs. 450.00 as deposit on 30th September 2013. Till today i.e., 13th December 2013 nothing has been done. When i tried to inquire with the executive he gave me a number 9900689689 naming Dinesh, but he’s not picking the call. Kindly help and get my refund of Rs. 450.00 on priority basis.

Even the same issue happened with me, a person named Ms. Shruti called me for the postpaid connection (PLAN249), they have collected Rs. 300 & all my respective documents by 03rd Oct’13, today its 14th Dec’13 and I didn’t got any revert from them.
Even I am totally frustrated by the behavior & customer service of Airtel. -
