This above said bureau has kept my passport (Passport No -G5423502 to them regarding a job opportunity in Doha, Qatar. Due to my family problem ( My mother got serious sickness due to severe skin problem and was under very very critical treatment for 3 months.), i couldn’t reach there in Doha, and subsequently i had to cancel this overseas assignment. As per contract agreement OEB, Mumbai would recover the amount of VISA fees+ five thousands or INR 10000 whichever will be more. As per the contract agreement, i have sent them 3 mails for returning back my passport in lieu of the contract agreement clause value. But they didn’t respond me against my mail. Now i have joined a new company and for them i had to go to Zambia taking a tender site visit. I couldn’t do so only due to OEB, Mumbai as they have kept my passport(G5423502) to them forcefully.
The courier docket no through which i sent my passport(G5423502) to Mumbai( OEB- Mr. Pereirra) was — First Flight Courier services Ltd.
Consignment No – O02749277 on dt. 01/10/2012. fro KEC INternational LImited, Gurgaon, Haryana.
Please strongly help me to recover my passport, No-G5423502 from “Overseas Employment Bureau” – Mumbai.
