Yesterday (31.03.2013) a tagic incident happens with me& my family because of your Dominoz Pizza Store in Rudrapur.
We are a family of Brahmin and fully Pure Vegetarian. Yesterday we decided to eat Pizza & for that we had placed an order for Pizza at your store. We had placed an order for 2 Pizzas for Pure Veg (Order No. – 284; Dated – 31.03.2013 @ 20:35 P.M.) :-
1) Cheese & Tomato Pizza &
2) Hot Country Pizza
But unfortunately Domino’s team had delivered us Non- Vegetarian Pizza in place of our order for Pure Veg Pizzas.
More than that our family has eaten this non-veg Pizza. This is very embarrassing that a Branded company like Domino’s Pizza is doing this sort of Pathetic & blunder mistakes.
After that we visited Domino’s store for registering complaint against the concern employee but we have not received any prominent response from their side. Even they are not having any complaint register for registering my complaint.
We had informed about this tragic incident to Mr.Vikas (District Manager) over the phone & store manager Mr.Ashutosh (Store Manager).
When I queried about the person who had done this with us, your team was unable to answer that?? Even my & my family waited for around 45 minutes in your store for meeting that fellow responsible person.
A food store not only sell food but it also sells believe with good services i.e. we get what we order not that which we do not order.
This is my worst experience with this sort of pathetic service & response from your team. I am unable to express my feelings about this incident.
This is my life time biggest mistake which I did by choosing Domino’s for delivering an order with belief.
