It has now become a regular affair of delivering the refills at the wish of Ajit Enterprises delivery boys. I have booked cylinder on 16th via online and wrote them to call me but they have not reverted. I went to their outlet personally on 21st May and told them that I will be out of station from next couple of days so wanted to have the delivery before I go on vacations. They promised me to get it delivered on 23rd and today since morning 10 am I am in constant touch with their representative Parvathi who confirmed that she will get it delivered before 2 pm. I waited till 2 and then again called them and they gave new time of 5 pm and made me speak to the delivery boy Qadeer who confirmed me over phone that they will deliver it before 5 pm. Now when I am calling them I got to know that the office closes at 5 pm and Delivery Boy switched off his mobile. I called Raju on 9885176345 and instead of resolving the issue he is advising me to take 2 cylinders so that I dont face such problems in future. Very disgusting. I have wasted my full day at home just waiting for Cylinder to be delivered. Such service from Gas Agencies is common. I would urge you to please speak to the owner of Ajit Enterprises and get this thing resolved. They demand delivery charges when they come to deliver. They deliver cylinders which leaks and then ask us to change the regulator. I have suffered all these things and can prove it.
Need your help in highlighting this to the proprietors of Ajit Enterprises for the mental torture and agony suffered because of delaying attitude of team.
