I have recharged my phone on 09/05/2013 from the companies website online.i made payment from my debit card. i requested to activate one msg pack of Rs.55 and than a tarrif plan of Rs. 23. the second plan was activated by the company, but not the first one. when i asked the customer care they told me that you can not make two recharge at one time, but no such kind of instruction was given online.if they had provided this instruction than would not have opted for the second recharge. How they can asume that a cusomer will know this without providing such kind of information.i have called thier customer care so many times but they are not providing me any stisfactory answer. plz help me in getting my money back.
