I had ordered Digital Dining set 1+4 CAPP DG Chairs on 11 Jan 2015 from House Full international Ltd. Bangalore Kormangala.

The order was delivered on Saturday 31 Jan 2015. The Table top was broken at one corner and there were scratches all over the chairs. The Housefull Carpenter himself inspected the same on 1st Feb 2015 and reported to WareHouse Manager Mr. Prasad Contact No. 9743786385. The WareHouse Manager Mr. Prasad assured that he is placing a Full Set replacement order and the same will be delivered by 7th Feb 2015.
On 7th Feb 2015, after calling 15 times I was able to reach Mr. Sathish the Houseful Kormangala Store representative who said that the replacement order is not yet dispatched Mumbai and the same will be dispatched on Wednesday 12th Feb 2015 and will be delivered on Saturday 14th Feb 2015.
Again, on 14th Feb 2015, after repeated calls to Mr. Sathish the Houseful Kormangala Store representative and Mr. Prasad the Warehouse Manager, I was told the the replacement is yet to be dispatched from Mumbai and the I will receive the same on 21st Feb 2015.
I have completely lost trust is House Full Product and service and as of now, I clearly see it as a case of Fraud and cheating done by HouseFull and its staff.
I request you to please cancel my order and refund my money as I don’t want to be harassed by HouseFull any longer.
