Ticket cancellation Refund has been stolen

Hi,

I cancelled a busticket from eTravelSmart.com. I have come to know that refund has been collected in my PAYTM wallet. I am not able to access my refund of 525Rs. And even after asking for help, PAYTM is not giving any pointers. I had heard rumours that PAYTM is fraud and has plunderred several customer, but I never believed. Now I think those rumours were true. Online portals like PAYTM should be banned or fined.
