HouseFull.co.in 7000/- Fraud!!

Hello there,
I have bought furniture in Housefull.com and have received the product delivered on March 12th in a very bad condition which is not pleasing at all and have returned back. When i called the House full customer care i was told that the amount would be refunded. Its been more than 3 months and despite calling at-least 75-80 times i was promised 35-45 times that the amount would be refunded every time in next 2 days from 3 months which never ever happened. I even have the email from the Customer Care executive regarding this and his name is Rahul Ingale . I couldn’t take more of their fraud and have reached your website hoping for a resolution as i believed you are the one of few websites that would stand up for ordinary consumers like us.
