Sir, we are having tata sky connection they said that they are changing their setup box from mpeg2 to mpeg4, due to this inspite paid of full amount we were not able to watch all channels and are viewing very few channels. They said to give miss call and they will change so we gave misscall before 20th may . But noone came so we called their toll free number and registered complaint on 1st june and the toll free number was charging möney. As complete ignorance of the company made us to email the complaint on 26th june they replied that they will call within 24 hrs but noone called and due to calling on toll free number i spent about rs300. And in locality the dealer is charging rs200 to change the setupbox. Please take the necessary step as soon as possible.
