I would like to complain against Growthways Trading Private Limited , K-618 , Ground Floor , Block-A , Rangpuri ext. New Delhi – 37 ( Yepme shopping ) for not delivering the material according to the offer , i have placed an online order on Yepme.com dated 10-04-2015 for T-Shirt as per invoice no. BK2531453 on COD basis , order no . 12939016, according to their offer it was clearly stated buy 1 get 1 free so i ordered accordingly , but in delivery when the pack was opened i found only 1 T shirt the other free was not included when i complaint on company’s helpline the gave excuse that i should have cart 2 instead of 1 . My point is that if i have ordered according to the offer then company must send the free product automatically with the actual material purchased, hope u understand my point please to resolve the matter by delvering one more piece of T-Shirt from the company
