Purchase tablet HCL ME 7 Inch x1 Android Tablet from Naaptol .com purchase on line
203/06/12 Received at 15.00 HRS.
I have opened the courier at. 1900 is the evening but tablet touch screen no working .next day was Sunday 26/06/2012 and office was closed.
Monday I called Naaptol customer care no+91922353700 and I was provide the new contact no 09223526148 of the I sensed department and advised by the company that got it checked by HCL service Center nearby I checked Nehru place service center .
On Date 25/6/2012 I took to HCL Services center Nehru place hand over to HCL Center at 15.15HRC.
AS per the HCL service center processing period is the ten to fifteen day after fifteen day I was given a
DOA CERTIFICATE by HCL and told you can replace the same from Naaptol .com.
I called Naaptol customer care no+91922353700 at .11.AM 12/07/2012 has refused to replace the TABLET HCL.
I bought the product online and I am running for replace the same and I was told by naaptol go to HCL
HCL said go to naaptol.
Kindly do the needful to sort out my problem as soon as possible.
It is been fifteen days I have running and many both short out my problem is not solve now I have take help from consumer Court
