sim card not activated inspite of submitting kyc 2 times

sir/madam,

i am the resident of belgaum city,Karnataka & have purchased 1 prepaid sim of virgin my no is 08792931138.Initially i have submitted the kyc documents with retailer & the internet service was activated,but after the 2 days again service was disconnected stating that my kyc doc’s were not clear.henceforth i have again submitted the kyc doc’s with the same retailer & my service was activated ,but again 24 hrs it was disconnected.after this i visited the retailer for the enquiry & he has informed me that my kyc doc’s were dispatched from there end on 09/07/2012 & its not there responsibility & also when i contacted the virgin call centre the person handling the call told me that still i have to submit my kyc doc’s once again.i have visited the dlr 5 to 6 times but i am helpless & retailer is saying he has done his bit of work.So i pls pls request you to activate my internet pack on my sim which i have purchased for rs.45/-again today (28/07/2012) i have visited the dlr & he is asking to purchase the new sim for rs.50/- & then only the sim will be activated.pls look into this matter & revert.hoping that you will do the needful.
