Name of company/service: Chevrolet Kropex / Chevrolet Car Distributor
I have purchased the vehicle Chevrolet Cruze on 21/03/2012. I have been promised by the sales person and his manager that they will fit fog lamps for free. Post the purchase they have written and signed on the accessories invoice that the fog lamps will be provided.
After that they have been giving reasons
– Both the sales guy and the manager left the company
– Just the written and signed proof on invoice is not sufficient as it has to be entered in their records (How will a consumer know that ??)
– The VP of the company claims she has never seen me (She has came personally and thanked me for the purchase in her office)
– They are not ready to fix the fog lamps free of cost as promised.
