Harrasment with no satisfactory and long time taken against complaint

Dear Sir

We have been using washing machine from Whirlpool India, We had a problem on 19th May in the machine and we submitted our complaint on the customer care and thereafter One engineer came and he had no idea about cause of the breakdown of machine and now it has been 2 months that we have not received our machine…It is still there in whirlpool service centre and even after so many follow ups we have not received any satisfactory response from them….It is now a matter of customer harrasment so we need your quick action and compensation for the same.
