bsnl charged full monthly bill of dead landphone connection for several months

Location/place: tamluk dist purba medinipur state west bengal

Sir,
Our land phone(03228-268346) is dead from 31 March,2013.I
booked a complain(Docket no. – 11897071352) on that day and went to
tamluk bsnl office sevaral times after that.But they did not take any action
about this matter.but they charged full monthly payment.So i request you to order them to refund the paid money which they charged in between periods.i also request you to order them not to charged any bill till my landphone start working.
