Cheating

Name of company/service: Vodafone India

I had a prepaid vodafone number for several years. i recharged my prepaid number with Rs 251 to get Internet 3G on my phone, subsequently I got a call from Vodafone asking me to change my connection to postpaid and i was informed that talktime balance and Internet allowance will be transferred to my postpaid number. However, no such transfer has been made and service provider now refuses to debit my postpaid account with such talktime and internet. I am of the opinion that this amounts to cheating. Kindly help.
