Sir, I was suppose to complain to UGC but I am not getting the way to report to UGC. Actually I was a passed out candidate of Annamalai University in the year 2010. I recently got married and while transferring all my documents, I missed my MSc. First year marksheet. Then I shifted to Bangalore. When I called to the study centre Bangalore, they told to write a letter to The Controller of Examination of Annamalai University along with Rs. 440/- DD. I did the same and sent the missing FIR along with the letter. After 2 months, when I called the University, they told I have to pay Rs. 200/- more. I have written another letter mentioning the earlier DD number along with the FIR of the missing Marksheet. It is being a month, but when now I called today, the member of controller was telling that I have to submit the letter of application attested by the Gazetted Officer. I wonder, why they have initially not told the same. It is being more than three months that I am running for this and calling them regular basis, but daily some new points are coming in front of me. I, therefore, request you to take the necessary action against them, so, that they could co-operate with me properly.
Please note that, this is very tough to get the telephone line connection with them,I start them calling at morning 11Am but nobody picks up the phone. At 11:30-12:00 only I get response. Even after that also, the way they use to talk is really horrible, as if I have done something wrong by calling them for inquiry.
Please take the complain into account.
