giving me defective laptop with duplicate bill.

Name of company/service: Dell

I had Purchased LAPTOP IS RS.34000 Dated 30th APRIL 2012, with 1 years Warranty.
since TWO WEEK I AM SEEN my laptop corner side have some problem i am quick complain the retailer but he was said sir its a normal problem i am said how is it normal its side corner little open nd its a normal problem he refuse to do anything and i am complaint too on phone with Dell customer care and the man which i was talking with him his name is mr. Pallav he reply sir dont worry our team comes in ur door nd will replace ur product but till they changed his mind nd now said no sir i cant changed anything i have facing heavy problem in my laptop its the gap slowly slowly expanding over the body and the retailer is given me a wrong bill for hidden tax so i want a leagle action agents the Dell company. pl guide me how to go about this matter.
