Disha Direct started illicit practices by undue demands and if the demands are not fulfilled they have started to block property documents, I already paid in full post which Disha Direct came in to register the land I purchased, at first when I asked for property documents Disha Direct executive started demanding money to hand over the documents, now after governments surgical strike on such demands, Disha Direct executives have changed their stand, they started saying they have handed over the documents, when asked for proof of handing over their Vice President again changed it by saying they lost the documents and cannot do anything, they have now stopped responding, I have sent 17+ reminders, the continuous changes in their statements shows they want to harass me by holding up on the property documents for their ulterior motive, if they are so irresponsible of loosing an important legal document for which the customer trust them they should contact the government office and procure another copy and hand it to me with an apology letter, they are party to the sale agreement of the land and cannot escape by just saying they lost the legal documents, they are accountable for their mistake, hence contacting consumer redressal team to help
