Bad quality of shoes are sold

I am Gunjan Mittal. My husband Mr. Amit Mittal purchased a pair of shoes from bata outlet. At the time of billing, they assured us for 3 months guarantee of shoes. It means they will exchange the shoes or give us money back. After 10 days of purchasing, shoes were torn. Now he is saying to not return the money back and exchange the shoes only once. So it is advisable to not buy the bata shoes and sleepers. Please take an action against the retailer whose outlet is located near kips, civil lines, Bareilly.
