Non payment after the maturity date.

My name is Manoj. My mother had opened a account with the above company.She paid rs35000 from September 2010 to August 2013. BUT after the maturity date, company had not refunded any amount. When we talk to the sub-branch in Phaltan they point to their head office in Mumbai. Now its more than 3 and half years we have not received any amount.
