They have given me SIM which is not working and when i went tothem asking them to ake back the SIM they kicked and punched me from their hm when i complained to them they did not respond when i called their nodal officer they donot bother after doing these and moving pilllars to post just cancel the connection and why should am going to pay for non service they threated me with repeated phone calls, and even abused, I would request all individuals to please help me and i request you not to take any connection form Tata Indicom am evem planning not to buy anything from tata
Am so afraid i cant go to police am sorry i cant even devulge my identity as they have bought everything from police to administration else oly a smal franchiese will not be able to do such thing??
All these happened at TATA INDICOM store at HOWRAH MAIDAN, West Bengal,India.
Can you imagine the audacity of these people!
they continue to harass us (AUG-Till date (7th Dec.10))
