Name of company/service: Nokia
I have purchased Nokia 5230 in Feb 2010.
It is still in warranty period.My cel is not working propery from past few days.
There is problem in LCD of handset.Dislpay is interruppted by coloured lines.
When i submitted my phone to Nokia Care Center,Sanskrutik Mandal,Sitabuldi Nagpur,they on
the first day told me that it may be a software problem and handset will be ok after formatting
and if the problem is not solved,then it is due to defective LCD. After formatting for the 1st time,
just in 10-15 mins,same problem occurred.I went there for next 3 days again and they again formatted the handset.
Same story repeated again.When i asked them to replace the defective part,they asked me to pay Rs.565 for
Extended Warranty and told me that Replacement is possible only in case i get my warranty extended.But as
my handset is still in warranty, i want to claim replacement.
