SIR

I have purchased one shoes of BATA Company before 3 days back from madiwala ,total mall bangalore . To day after, the sole from inside of both shoes detached and turned and departed from the upper side. Smell also coming from shoes.

Since there is a facility of web sight, I have thought to complain directly to you. I complained to store also but they r asking charge for repairing but I m not ready 2 give. I lost my bill in accident..
