Harassement by Tikona

I purchased a Tikona prepaid plan vide ID #1106330000
The plan was a prepaid plan valid for unlimited usage for 6 months. After the completion of 6 months I did not intended to use the plan further so I did not renew the plan and stopped the usage by myself as it was not automatically cut off from Tikona.
After the completion of six months and few days I received a call from Tikona that your plan has been renewed for which no consent was taken from me. When I told that I don’t wanted to get the plan renewed they told me that my plan was under “Auto Update” and It has been renewed and now you have to pay around 3600 Rs. for the next six months. The option of “Auto Update” was never mentioned to me at the time of selling the plan. Thereafter I told them to disconnect my connection with immediate effect which was done by Tikona after taking one month of time (All the hardware were collected from my premises). After that I received a bill of Rs. 3500+ for payment. Which I refused to pay since I did not use the connection after the six months.
There started the harrasement from Tikona:
Firstly I received 2-3 calls daily from customer department for payment and I told them the story of my wrong “Auto Update’ to each one of them every time
Then after some time I received a call from Delhi Tees Hazari court that a case has been filed against me for non payment of the said amount and the amount should paid with in 2 hours with Tikona or I will have to face legal suit. I knew this modusoperandi and denied the payment rather I got my lawyer talk to that so called Tees Hazari court personnel which proved to be fake.
Today (18th December) I got a mail from Tikona’s legal department to pay the amount in 7 days for face legal proceeding.

This is a total harasement on the part of Tikona of asking me a payment of service which I never opted for or used and it could very well be established from there log also if I used the service after my alloted quota of 6 months.

I am not taking legal action against Tikona for mental harassment. Furthermore I am writing to :
-Consumer affairs Ministry
-TRAI
-Ministry of Telecom and Information Broadcasting
-BAR council of Delhi tees hazari court with recordings of the fake phone calls received
-Peheredar in CNBC Awaaz
– Every renoun media house

    We have checked and found that your account has been terminated as per your request.

    The disconnection request was given by you on May 6, 2013, and your plan was renewed on April 7, 2013. Your billing cycle for the opted plan ADULH512K (Half Yearly) is from 07th to 06th of every month. The last payment received from you was for the billing period of October 07,2013 to April 06,2013. We haven’t received the payment of Rs. 3568.55/- which is the bill from April 07, 2013 to October 06, 2013.

    Also to keep you updated, if disconnection request received in between a billing cycle the whole billing period is charged to a customer. Before renewal of plans, customer is intimidated through calls, mails and the message of renewal reflects on the login page itself.
