Company not paying back the invested amount

My mother smt. Mousumi Mukherjee w/o Late Indra Kumar Mukherjee had invested an amount of Rs. 118000 with Real Bond Marketing Pvt. Ltd. , a Delhi based company.
In July, 2012 we have withdrawn our investment from the company and the agent of the company had told that the due amount will be paid within 3 months.
But it has been more than a year that we are still left with around 37000 rupees and the agent is telling that the company is not paying the money.
In this regard I will be highly obliged if you accept my complaint and take necessary steps.
