Bought a BB 9320 on the the 9th August and then submitted it to BB service station on 11th , received a DOA letter on the 17th , given a new set by the dealer , the new set also has the same issues.
The customer care toll free number given is not even of BB , it is of redington who say that they cannot help and have no responsibility.
Do need to understand how can a company like Blackberry operate in India without any onus on them, and without any direct contactability.
2 sets in less than 20 days and that too most of the time the set is in the service station and still the problem persists , and how can the technical fault be so common, raises a question on the ethics & operations of a company like Blackberry.
