My mother’s phone 011-25259584 compalaint No. 2648 is still out of order. Line man posted for B3 GASTA Housng Complex, Paschim vihar cam to check the phone ( he was not wearing his name plate and dont tell their name also) and was asking for Rs 100/- for changing the wire . Every time he comes on the call changes the wire on payment. This time my mother refused to give , consequently her phone is still out of order. My mother is a senior citizen.
