GOT STONE INSTEAD OF PHONE IN HTC 816 DESIRE BOX FROM SNAPDEAL
Ordered HTC 816 Desire from SNAPDEAL.

I got a message from SNAPDEAL on 10th March 2015,saying that the phone has been delivered to SWAPNEX courier.
The box was delivered the same day at my mailing address,when I was out in Delhi for work.
When I reached home the next day on 11th March 2015, was soo excited to receive my new phone,but all my excitement was washed out and left me horrified only to know that the HTC 816 desire Box seal was Broken and the phone was replaced by a HUGE STONE inside the box.
Had raised the complain against this, at snapdeal immediately on 11th of March 2015.To which Snapdeal assured me that I would be getting a call in next 24-48 hrs.
I waited for 48 hrs without receiving any call from them.
In the end I just had to call myself to snapdeal and enquire about the same.
Where I received zero assistance from customer care and were only delaying the process by telling me that you will receive the call and putting me on hold.
As I was again out station with work.I had to face a lot trouble calling SNAPDEAL from a roaming network and faced a lot of mental stress because of the inconvenient service of SNAPDEAL.
Had to fight quiet a lot with the Customer Service people to initiate my process of cancellation/refund.Although I have been told that my phone money will be credited into my account in 5-7 working days(I am still awaiting),the amount of mental stress I have gone through and unnecessary roaming mobile chargers which I had to bear,for which I demand a compensation from SNAPDEAL
