When the last month’s bill came, the company charged me for using Datapack using early. It was 350MB (For Rs60) data pack and I used within 22 days. But after consuming all the data, I activated the pack for a day for RS. 9 for 100MB.
My internet charges in the bill should be: Rs.60 + Rs. 9, but they charged me 60 + 9 + 53 (3g service which I didn’t activate) + 368 (For using data pack earlier than 30 days, seriously guys wtf!)
When I called the customer service center, they told that I activated the extra packs using *121# service. And they said it couldn’t happen because their machine would make any mistake.
If I have ever activated any service, I would have received any SMS regarding activation of service. And I would know it.
Now they’re refusing everything and saying that it was my mistake and will charge for services that I didn’t use.
