Goods missing from air shipment

Dear Sir / Madam
In Dec of 2008 I have sent personal items from India to Sri lanka through DPEX.
My forwarder has handed over 185KGS of goods to DPEX India, I have only rcvd 154Kgs at Sri Lanka airport. A total of 31kgs has gone missing.
i have sent many emails to the company and have had little or no response.
this has gone on way too long, and i need action to be taken in getting compensation for the missing goods, as well as the reimbursement for the 31kgs of goods that i have paid for airfreight shipment and not rcvd.
Attached are the details showing what was handed to DPEX and what I have rcvd at Colombo airport.
A difference of 31kgs.
