Goibibo didnt give refund although AirAsia gave it to them

My flight with PNR N32I8G and case no. 52331798 was resolved by Air Asia by providing the refund to Goibibo a month back (email proof attached). However Goibibo has unethically retained the money for themselves and giving me a credit voucher only. Moreover Goibibo is not reachable on phone nor do they respond on emails. I need to get the refund which is rightfully mine.
