• I had subscribed INDIA TODAY magazine for FIVE YEARS and the subscription started from 17/09/2012
• I had been assured of a MOBILE PHONE as GIFT in 8-10 weeks time.
• I have talked on their customercare ………………the answers are all same that “ The comlaint has been forwarded to the gift department and you will soon get your gift”. This I have hearing from last three months.

Can you please publish this complaint of mine in your magazine to make other future subscribers aware of this practice by INDIA TODAY.
