I have recharged 150 amount twice and both time i will get full talk time but after 2 days when my wife is going to make a call they say recharge your mobile you don’t have sufficient balance then i called to reliance customer care, initially for 2 days they continue say our server is down so they are not able to tell me where my amount is deducted,after three days they told me that your 117 rs are deducted in internet uses but they don’t have any record for 183 rs,after that they cut the phone.On 4th day again i have called to customer care then after lot of explanation and discussion they take my complaint and told me that within 3 days you will get the money back, but when i called after waiting 3 days they say you file complain after 3 days so we are not going to give you money back and this time customer care executive is taking very rudely to me and he don’t want to listen any thing from me.
