Get money but material not send.

I give a order ( #988515921) for a samsung galaxy core 2 Mobile to paytm on 26.05.15 by giving total money ( i.e, Rs 7330.00). As per their selling policy they will cash back rs 1100.00 within 24 hour after shipped also they give courier detail in same time.

In my said order they give information ” your item is now ready to be shipped” from 27.05.15 to tilldate.But till it is not shipped.

I tell my problem via [email protected] from 30.05.15 to till date in several time. Sometime they give false statement & sometime they take times to give proper information. But till they can’t give any information of my order ( All record are available in my mail inbox.)

Last information from their end on 03.06.15 is “Regarding order#988515921 since there is a delay in delivery ,I have escalated the issue to the concerned department and I will get back to you within the next 48-72 hrs with an update.”

Now, they are giving no information via email.

Can You tell, how I get my item.
