I have shifted from Hyderabad to Ahmedabad. I have engaged Agarwal Packers & Movers, DRS Group for shifting of my household items. On 28th March they have packed and moved my household goods with a committment of delivery in 4 days at Ahmedabad. On 9th day they delivered partial material that to damaged and on 14th day they delivered balance items.
Most of the furniture was damaged. I got transit insurance also from Agarwal Packers & Movers, DRS Group with a committment of full settlement in case of damage. They are not settling my claim after 2.5 month and continuous follow up.
If they are not going to settle my claim within a week i will sue them in Consumer court.
