worst AC manufacturer… Out of Order twice in a month of purchase.

With reference to my previous e mail dated- 30/05/ 2015 with subject Complaint against O general AC just one month old . I draw to your notice some facts…
27/04/2015…Date of purchase of window AC
28/04/2015…Date of issues with AC with complaint no. DEL11504280117 dated 28/04/2015.
26/05/2015….No cooling with unit at middle of night at 3 am .
27/05/2015…..At 9 am in morning ,no cooling complaint was lodged on customer care number with complaint no. DEL 11515270012 dated 27/05/2015 but no one bothered to visit.
28/05/2015….O General authorised technician visits and inform us that there is bursting of heating coil with no gas and told only senior technician will rectify the problem.
29/05/2015…Senior tech,visit and recharged the gas. I was also assured by Area Manager Mr. Arvind Singh of extended warranty since there is manufacturing defect and major fault is there in such short period but nothing was done on his part. In night there was no cooling at all even after gas fillinf and there was some strange noise from the unit.
30/05/2015….Less cooling and noise complaint lodged with complaint No. DEL11505300254 but no one visits for 6 days.
07/06/2015…….O General authorised technician visits and told us the same thing of manufacturing defect and that there is gas leak so no gas is there and senior technician will come and fill the gas.
Now I want to know why I am being forced a Defective product by the company which went out of order twice in short span of 1 month and 10 days.
I am a class One Gazetted officer in Government of India, and I have many important assignments and my patients to work with. I cannot keep hanging around a faulty product being pushed on my head by an irresponsible company and keep wasting my valuable time and money in repairing your faulty product. I want replacement of the unit at your earliest and want to know about the Grievance readdressal mechanism of your company and your corporate responsibility towards satisfaction of consumer.
Your product is for cooling and it is lying as a piece of garbage in my house since it is out of order since 26/05/2015. If my words are again falling on deaf ears then I am forced to take stern action against your company and I am also forced to knock on the doors of consumer court and demand compensation for what you people are causing me economical , mental, physical and social agony in mid of the most heated months of season for which I purchased the product.
