dear sir , a have issued payorder in advance for data wind ubislate , for which i paid Rs2990 ,the payorder has encashed also, they have given different date for delivering , now they stop receiving the calls . kindly take necessary action , this is not only me lot of people also trap in the frodulent,beleiving it as run by govt we make payment , i dont know who is behind this.
Kindly help…
