Dear Sir / Madam.
I, the undersigned has bought an Airtel sim card last week on 23/07/2012. My mobile number is 9890650126.
I have further recharged the number with 1GB data plan of MRP 98 for 30 days validity on the same day (23/07/2012) and for some reasons I could not be able to use the card for a week. And today when i put my sim back in the cell, it shows me the nil balance in my data plan, how could it be possible, i didnt use the data of 1024MB, that i am pretty sure.
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.
