Vehicle damage during trasport

I booked my Two wheeler for transporting from Amravati to Nasik (Maharashtra) on 28 july 2012 and vehicle was in good condition but on delivery outlet my son who received that vehicle found its fiber body has been completely damaged.. Co. did not take any responsibility though we have paid complete charges for transportation..
