Sir, I m Prabir Chowdhury now residing at Basu nagar Gate -1, madhyamgram, Kolkata-700129. I have booked a Flat size ( 1040 SFT ) at my area Basunagar gate-1 which promoter or developerare Polash Bhattcharja & Sourab Singha residing ar bali, Howrah dist.I have already paid of schedule amount RS 17,00000.00 which is around 90 % but they did not finish of my rest of pending works as per agreements paper although they are pressuring and threatening to me and to my families to give their rest of money with out doing remaining works. So there for now I and my family feel totally helpless.
Sir now kindly give me a advise now What I have to do….
